At Hadies, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Returns without the original packaging or showing signs of use may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Items without original packaging.
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
